How does it work?
A quick start guide to the Fabrique Love App. This guide is designed to help you navigate through the app, whether you're a new starter or an existing member.
Getting Started with the Fabrique App
Onboarding Screen: Upon launching the app, you'll land on the onboarding screen, which introduces the app.
Sign-up Screen: Choose your sign-up mode with either email or Singpass.
*For existing members or those who already have an account with us, click on to "Forgot Password".
Setting up password: You will be redirected to the basic information page (name, email, contact number), followed by a screen to set up your password.
Set profile avatar: Select a suitable profile avatar based on your gender. We use avatars for privacy purposes and only reveal your personal info with your permission for matchmaking.
Home Screen: Here, you'll discover the latest events, promos, and past dating profiles if you've participated in our matchmaking services.
Bottom Navigation: At the bottom of the screen, you have these buttons:
- Home: Return to the home screen.
- Events: Access our latest single events.
- Message: Connect with new and potential matches at events or through our matchmaker.
- Profile: Your personal info page, as well as the date expectations and matchmaking criteria.
- Setting: Join our membership, connect to your Singpass account, and access other general app settings.
Key Features of The Fabrique App
Singpass verified: Secure your connection with our singles with peace of mind through ID verifications.
Profiling: Build your dating profile with detailed matchmaking requirements.
Events: Enjoy fun and interactive events that foster new and meaningful connections. Check in to events live to match with nearby users.
Lifetime Membership: Join our lifetime membership for attractive dating perks and discounts on birthdays and events.
Inbox/DMs from our Matchmakers: Our professional matchmakers will directly message you, catering to your dating requirements and setting up dates for you.
Exploring Our Events
Begin by tapping the “Events” tab located in the lower menu to access the Events section.
From there, you can:
- Browse our latest single events
- Sign up for your favorite event(s)
- View your past event sign-ups
Once you’ve signed up for an event, you'll have access to:
- Live check-in to the event
- Access to set locations for matching with other app users
- Open chatroom & make introductions with our ice-breaker game
How to Sign Up for Lifetime Membership:
Go to Settings: Navigate to the “Your Membership” tab and select “Join now.”
Making Payment: You'll need to verify with Singpass to continue with the membership payment.
Unlock Dating Packages: Once signed up, you're entitled to purchase any of the following dating packages available:
- Infinite Love Subscription: Our monthly date subscription, renewable monthly for extra dates.
- Fabrique Classic: A package of 2 or 3 carefully arranged dates based on your priorities.
Chatroom with Matching Consultant: Direct message open to connect with our professional Matching Consultant, where we will work with your criteria to tailor to your needs.
Profile Viewing: Access to specific match profiles that are selected by our Matching Consultant.
Unlock Chatroom with Your Match: Chatroom will be unlocked for each successful match.
