If there are some common New Year resolutions, one of them will be keeping fit and staying healthy. To help others achieve their resolutions, we have kickstart our very first fitness event – KitlerPlay! Using the concept of game and training props like sticks, balls and cones, participants work through stations in groups and pairs, to take the “pain” out of training.
A few of our participants dropped by the gym after work and got into this 45 minute workout sesh! During the session, the participants were being paired up and they were tasked to lead one another and complete a series of exercises. The last game was a tic-tac-toe segment that not only trains the physical aspect but also the reaction time and mind of the participants. After the workout, our facilitator conducted some mini card games and the participants were doing some sharing to get to know one another better. Overall, it was a fun and relaxed evening for all!
